  • Software

  • App design

  • Content and graphics

are owned by Stat Ride or its licensors.

Your use of the service does not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or use Stat Ride’s intellectual property without written permission.

6. Termination

Stat Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, without prior notice, if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse the platform

  • Engage in unlawful or unsafe conduct

Termination may occur without liability to Stat Ride.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Stat Ride provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Ride availability

  • Timeliness

  • Safety of transportation

  • Driver conduct beyond platform policies

  • Quality or legality of rides arranged through the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stat Ride shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
